Terms of Service

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

We offer an informational website, a client portal, and the Academy (training delivered through our learning management system). We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use.

Academy courses are made available to individual learners and to organizational cohorts. Course access, any fees, and refund terms are presented before you enroll. Individual learners may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided no more than 25% of the course has been accessed; after that point fees are non-refundable. Organizational cohort pricing and terms are set out in the applicable order or agreement. Certificates of completion recognize participation and do not constitute a professional license or guarantee of any outcome.

• Do not use the Services unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Do not upload malicious code or misuse another user's account.

The Services, including text, graphics, the NexCQISolutions name and logo, the tagline "DATA. QUALITY. IMPACT.", and all course materials, are owned by NexCQISolutions or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

If you send us content or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where PHI is involved, our HIPAA & PHI Practices.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Content on the website and in the Academy is for general informational and educational purposes and is not medical, legal, billing or compliance advice for your specific situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexCQISolutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify NexCQISolutions against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

The Services may link to third-party sites or tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Douglas County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may revise these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted here. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
