SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by NexCQISolutions LLC ("NexCQISolutions", "we", "us" or "our"). By providing your mobile number and giving consent during patient intake or portal provisioning, you agree to receive the messages described below. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, and details of how consent is captured are on our Text Messaging page.
1. The program and sender
NexCQISolutions LLC sends the text messages in this program in coordination with, and on behalf of, your healthcare provider. The program supports secure access to the patient portal and related service communications.
2. Types of messages
Through this program we send:
- One-time secure portal-access links (a single-use "Magic Link") so you can sign in to the patient portal.
- Account, security and service notifications related to your portal and your care.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
3. How you enroll (consent)
You are enrolled only after you provide your mobile number and give consent. Consent is captured during patient intake or during portal provisioning, not through a public marketing sign-up. A description of the consent step is available on our Text Messaging page.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and your provider's workflow, for example when you request a sign-in link or when a service notification applies to you.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NexCQISolutions does not charge you for the messages themselves.
6. Opt out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will stop sending program messages to that number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your care; contact your provider for other ways to access the portal.
7. Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@nexcqisolutions.com.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and delivery may vary and can change over time.
9. Privacy and mobile information
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with lead generators. We share mobile information only with subcontractors and service providers that help us operate the program, such as our SMS delivery provider and customer-support tools, under contract.
