LEGAL & POLICIES

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 8, 2026 · NexCQISolutions LLC · Atlanta, GA, USA

This Privacy Policy explains how NexCQISolutions LLC ("NexCQISolutions", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information in connection with our website, the Academy and our marketing and business activities. It applies to information we handle as a data controller.

Protected Health Information (PHI) is different. When we handle PHI on behalf of a healthcare provider, we act as a HIPAA Business Associate. That information is governed by our HIPAA & PHI Practices and the Business Associate Agreement with the provider - not by this Policy.

1.  Scope of this policy

This Policy covers personal information collected through nexcqisolutions.com, our contact and consultation forms, Academy registration and learning activity, email and newsletter communications, and routine business interactions. It does not cover PHI processed under a Business Associate Agreement, or third-party websites we link to.

2.  Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and consultation details - name, organization, work email, phone and the message you send us.
  • Academy account and enrollment information - learner profile, courses, and progress.
  • Correspondence and support requests.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data - IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring links.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from analytics, hosting and communications providers acting on our behalf.

3.  How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide consultations, services and the Academy.
  • Operate, secure and improve our website and learning platform.
  • Send service messages and, with your consent where required, marketing communications.
  • Maintain records, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations.

4.  Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and growing the firm, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5.  Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the site and, where permitted, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where we use analytics, we limit it to aggregate, privacy-respecting measurement of site usage; we do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal information.

6.  How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers and sub-processors who act on our behalf under contract, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6a.  Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

Where a patient or user provides a mobile number and consents, NexCQISolutions LLC may send text (SMS) messages such as a one-time secure portal-access link and related account and service notifications. Consent for patient messages is captured during intake or portal provisioning, by the healthcare provider or on our behalf; we do not send marketing text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The mobile information of users who opt in to the messaging program, including their consent and phone number, is never shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators. We share mobile information only with subcontractors and service providers that support the program (for example, our SMS delivery provider and customer-support tools), and only so they can help us operate the service under contract.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Full messaging terms are in our SMS Terms, and how consent is captured is described on our Text Messaging page.

7.  How we protect information

We apply administrative, physical and technical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication and managed, secured devices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but security is designed into how we work.

8.  Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

9.  International transfers

We operate across the United States and Africa, so information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10.  Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and opt out of marketing. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below; we will respond as required by applicable law.

11.  Children's privacy

Our website and the Academy are intended for professionals and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

12.  Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date above; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
