How pricing works
What shapes your price
We do not publish flat prices for the three clinic services, because a solo practice and a twelve-provider group are not the same operation. Each estimate is built from your provider count, payer mix, and service scope.
Credentialing
Priced per provider and per payer scope: how many providers, how many payers, initial credentialing versus ongoing maintenance, and re-credentialing cycles. The fail-closed Clearance to Bill guarantee is included at every scope.
Revenue Cycle
Priced as a percentage of what you collect, with the rate set by your provider count, claim volume, and payer mix. No per-claim fees, and no charge on money we do not collect: our incentive is your collection rate.
The EMR
Priced per provider for the hosted, managed platform: implementation, hosting, support, and updates. Implementation runs 2 weeks for behavioral health and typically 2 months for other specialties. Role-based EMR training through the NexCQISolutions Academy is included at no separate tuition.

The NexCQISolutions Academy
Academy tuition is published
Unlike the clinic services, Academy courses carry published tuition: five open-enrollment courses from $699 to $2,999 depending on your country tier, with 400 DQI Scholars awards each fiscal year bringing tuition to as little as $99 for self-funding individuals. Employer-sponsored seats pay list tuition, which may also be subject to a negotiated discount for group enrollments.
