Text Messaging & Consent

Effective date: October 17, 2026 · NexCQISolutions LLC · Atlanta, GA, USA

This page explains how NexCQISolutions LLC ("NexCQISolutions", "we", "us" or "our") uses text (SMS) messages in patient care: who sends them, who receives them, why they are sent, and how consent is obtained. It is provided so that patients, providers and mobile carriers can verify how our messaging program works.

Message flow, in one line. NexCQISolutions sends one-time secure portal-access links, account and service notifications, and appointment reminders to a patient who provided their mobile number and consented during intake, during portal provisioning, or through the SMS consent box on our website registration form.

1.  Who sends and who receives

Sender: NexCQISolutions LLC. Recipient: a patient, or an authorized user, who has provided a mobile number and consented to receive portal-access, service and appointment-reminder messages.

2.  Why we send messages

The core message is a one-time secure portal-access link. When you need to sign in to the patient portal, NexCQISolutions sends a single-use secure link (a "Magic Link") by SMS to the mobile number on file, so you can open your portal without a separate password. We also send account, security and service notifications related to your portal and your care, and appointment reminders and scheduling notifications from your provider. We do not send marketing text messages.

SAMPLE MESSAGE

"NexCQISolutions: your secure sign-in link for the patient portal is [link]. It expires shortly and can be used once. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply."

3.  How consent is captured

Consent is obtained in one of three ways: on an intake form during patient intake, during portal provisioning at account setup, or by checking the SMS consent box on our website registration form. The box is unchecked by default and consent is never a condition of registering. You affirmatively provide your mobile number and agree to receive secure portal-access, service and appointment-reminder messages. We retain a record of that consent, including the date, the method, and the language shown to you.

REPRESENTATIVE CONSENT LANGUAGE SHOWN AT INTAKE

I agree to receive text messages from NexCQISolutions LLC for secure patient-portal access, related service notifications, and appointment reminders and scheduling notifications at the mobile number I provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

CONSENT LANGUAGE ON OUR WEBSITE REGISTRATION FORM

By checking this box, you consent to receive account notification messages from NexCQISolutions LLC at the phone number provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and SMS Terms.

4.  Frequency, rates, STOP and HELP

Message frequency varies with your activity, for example when you request a sign-in link. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, and HELP for assistance.

5.  Privacy and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with lead generators. We share mobile information only with subcontractors and service providers that help us operate the program, such as our SMS delivery provider and customer-support tools, under contract. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
