ABOUT THE COURSE
What this course is
Most solutions fail because they were designed for the people who commissioned them, not the people who must use them. Human-Centered Design teaches you to start from real needs: observing, interviewing, and mapping the experience of patients, providers, and program staff before designing anything. In one intensive week you move through the full arc, from empathy research to prototype to usability test, using the same methods NexCQISolutions applies when it designs clinical workflows and digital tools.

How the course runs
Live cohort
Live cohort over under 1 week, enrolled by cohort intake dates. Enrollment closes at each intake date; refund and deferral terms are published per cohort.
Full asset set
Branded slides, narrated videos, flashcards, and a scored knowledge check with a pass mark on every module.
Certificate
A certificate of completion issued through our platform. DQI Scholars also receive a branded award letter with their class year.
